To make your game day as productive and simple as possible, please take a minute or two to read our F.A.Q.s. Most of what we do is fairly straight forward with our escape games, but we do have a few special rules to keep our games friendly and our customers safe.
So please read below and get back to us by using our contact form or by calling us at (208) 994-2527 during normal business hours – should you still have questions that need answering.
Frequently Asked Questions
We are a live interactive amusement game. You’re taken into a themed room with a back story. You then start the countdown to what is a mentally challenging adventure game where players use teamwork, creativity, logic, and problem-solving skills to find clues, solve puzzles, and race to escape the room.
Each room can take a different maximum number of people:
- Countdown to Terror: Min 4 – Max 14 (16 upon request)
- Titanic: Up to 10 people (12 upon request)
- Demolition Abduction: Up to 6 people
- The Box: Min 2 – Max 4 players
Our rooms are private bookings by default. Meaning you will not be paired with other players unless you specifically ask for us to leave the booking open for others to possibly join you.
We have a minimum number of people required to play each of our 4 escape games:
- Countdown to Terror: 4 person minimum
- Titanic: 4 person minimum
- Demolition Abduction: 2 person minimum
- The Box: Min 2 – Max 4 players
THE BOX was designed specifically for first time players! Most first timers want a fairly easy game to play with just one other person they know to get a feel for escape games. The Box provides all this in a unique way without sacrificing the fun factor. Also, teamwork is key (pun intended!) since it’s nearly impossible to make it through The Box in time with just one player.
We can flex any of our games to be a little easier for newer and younger players with advanced notice.
Our standard price per player is $30. Larger team or event packages may have different pricing options depending on the duration of the game, the number of people, or added options and game features. We might have special promo offers on our social media pages (check us out). We might even offer discounts during special days or times or to honor special people or events. Ya never know. “Like” or follow us on Facebook and Instagram, so you’ll know that you’re getting the best price.
We have gift certificates that you can purchase online. Click any “Gift Certificate” button you see on our site, or click here now, to access the certificate options. Gift certificates can be used toward any escape game on any day.
Any age can play. We’ve seen some pretty amazing things done by 5 year olds! The puzzles are challenging though, so middle schoolers are probably the youngest that would successfully escape. You do not need to pay for anyone age 4 or less.
We ask that you book at least 4 spots to make it a private game if anyone in your party is under 16.
A responsible paying adult will need to be in the room for children under 12. An adult will need to be present in the waiting room during the game for ages 12 – 15. Anyone who is under 18 will need an adult to sign a waiver for them.
* Note: Younger players will likely be more successful in the games with difficulty levels of 2 – 3/5. All of our escape room games are family friendly 🙂
We would love to, but the insurance guy said no way. Have no fear, there is always a safe way out in case someone in the room needs to exit early.
We know you’re pretty smart, but if you get stuck just ask for a hint! It’ll be just the jump start you need to get going again. Try it with no hints or ask for one when you need it. It’s your game, so the hints are up to you.
If you don’t escape in time – you are locked in the room until morning! Just kidding… If your time is up before you finish, we will let you out and tell you how close you got, then you’ll have a few minutes for photo ops. Most people have a lot of fun even if they don’t escape in time.
It’s best to book online in advance. You can see what is available and pre-purchase your escape game by clicking on any of the “Book Now” or similar buttons on our site. Games can be booked online up to 2 hours in advance. Call to book if the game you want to play is less than 2 hours away and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Walk-ins are welcome, but games are subject to availability.
It’s best to book Team Building and private Events a week or more in advance. If you need help with booking a Team Building or Event, give us a call at (208) 994-2527 or use our Contact Form and start your inquiry here.
If you need to cancel: This is a live event game, so once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations, reschedule a game, or give any refunds within 48 hours of the game time booked. Wish we could, but the boss says no. However, if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, we will make sure you can play another day.
Plan on adding about 20 minutes to the length of the game you are playing. You will need to be here 15 minutes before your scheduled time to verify waivers, store your stuff, and hear the rules, and 5 minutes after for Q&A and photo ops.
NOTE: It’s important to make sure your team is on time. We have to keep a tight schedule, so if you are late you may not get the full amount of time in the room or you may not be able to play at all.
Keep in mind, it’s better for all players to sign a waiver ahead of time to save you valuable game-prep time on your game day.

Just your thinking cap and your friends! There are no personal belongings allowed in the rooms (except reading glasses) including purses, cell phones, or any other electronics. Due to the nature of the business, we need to keep our room details from the public eye. We provide a secure, locked place to store your belongings while you are in the room. Alternatively, you may want to keep your belongings in your vehicle.
Service animals are always welcome, but any other pets are not.
No alcohol is allowed. We prefer you save the celebration for after the game. Showing up intoxicated is never a good idea. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated.
